moved to the Southern Cape in October 2000 with the intention of contracting in the area. Together with Callie Ross, who was one
of the founding members of Deroma Structures, operating from Richards Bay Kwa-Zulu Natal decided to form a new co.,
Khubeka Construction cc, where 50% of the co. would be held C.J. Ross’s children & 50% of the co. would be held C.A.Rennie’s children.
C. Rennie (Project Management) and C.J. Ross (Hands on Site Supervisor) are both managers of Khubeka Construction cc.
They have worked together on various Civil Engineering & Building projects starting with the construction of the
Newcastle Iscor Civil Engineering contract in 1972.
